How is TalkingRain Sparkling Water carbonated?
We add CO2.

Where does our Spring Water come from?
TalkingRain water comes from an underground mountain spring that we tap down 170 feet with a stainless steel pipe. The water does not see the light of day until the time of manufacture. The water goes through three micron filters of .0005. Ultraviolet light is also used. Instead of using chloride in the end process, ozone is used as surety of no microorganisms, which the ozone dissipates out within 24 hours of manufacture. The water is tested daily by our quality assurance lab and by outside labs, as well. TalkingRain is audited every year by several regulatory and third party agencies that include FDA, USDA, DOD, NSF and IBWA. TalkingRain participates in planned and surprise inspections by county, state and federal agencies. We are a member of the IBWA, which our rating is an A (refer to Consumer Reports August 2002 for water standards and about the IBWA). We do not distill or use reverse osmosis to protect good taste. There are trace minerals in the water. We strive to provide the highest quality and safest products to our consumers to enjoy.

No, we are a privately held company.

Are our beverages Kosher?
Yes, all of our products are Kosher certified. We are changing all of our labels to include the Orthodox Union symbol.
