How can I apply?
It’s easy! Click over to Careers. Once you find the role you’re interested in, click “Join Us”. Then follow the directions, either creating a new profile or, if you’re a returning candidate, logging back in.
-
I submitted my résumé but haven't heard from you yet. What's up?
We often get hundreds of applications for our opportunities. And since a real, live human reviews each one (no bots here!), it can take a while. Once we find candidates we think could be a good fit, we reach out to learn more. Unfortunately, we’re not able to make personal contact with candidates we’re not moving forward with.
-
What is your interview process?
It depends. For most positions, we start with a phone interview with a recruiter, and then a Microsoft Teams Video interview with the hiring manager. There is often an additional video interview with additional team members or stakeholders. If the position is based in Preston or Snoqualmie, Washington, we will invite a finalist to come on site for a final conversation and a tour of our campus. Each team is unique, though, and some put their own spin on the process.
-
How does Covid impact interviews or the work schedule in general?
The majority of our interviews are now done via video to minimize the number of people coming onsite. For positions that require Rain Makers to be onsite at least once a week, we will invite the finalist candidate to come onsite to meet the hiring manager in person and tour the campus. We have special protocols in place to do our best to keep everyone safe. We will ask that you provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test.
-
Do I need a resume?
We highly prefer that you include a resume, but if you don’t have one handy, please be sure to tell us about your work experience that makes you a good fit for the job in the “Additional Information” section of the application.
-
