What You’ll Do

Full of flavor. That’s the best way to describe our Marketing and Public Relations team. Each day they’re searching for surprising and refreshing ways to delight our consumers (and themselves).

This position is to be based in Seattle, WA. Talking Rain will provide reasonable relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

This role will focus on managing our digital marketing activities, including campaign, production, media, website, and digital tools.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner and manage media campaign with agency and act as point of contact for key deliverables, execution and reporting
  • Develop, execute and optimize media campaigns across multiple channels including display, SEO, SEM and paid social
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans with a focus on paid media for company and campaign initiatives
  • Identify and ensure production needs are being successfully and seamlessly executed on time and on budget
  • Update digital reporting dashboard and report media and web analytics and recommendations to leadership team
  • Facilitate and partner with creative team to update brand websites with company initiatives
  • Partner with integrated marketing team to ensure accurate information on retailer-owned websites
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues
  • Complete assigned project to completion and other responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • Minimum of (1-3) years of digital marketing experience, ideally in advertising
  • Understanding of the CPG industry and promotional marketing
  • Experience in paid media, SEO, SEM, display advertising
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Power BI a plus
  • Experience with content management tools such as Sprinklr and WordPress
  • Ability to work independently and in cross functional environments
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments
